Grace is an absolute ray of sunshine, our own little piece of heaven on Earth. She is very affectionate, silly and goofy! Her favorite things are running in the backyard, listening to her Disney songs and watching the trees sway in the wind! After nearly 18 months of progressive developmental delay, regression, and loss of skills, we found the cause – Rett Syndrome. Rett has already taken so much from Grace, and there’s currently no cure or treatment. Hopefully one day, there will be, but it will not come without very expensive research studies.
