In the fall of 2021 our oldest daughter, Chloe, was diagnosed with a MECP2 mutation which is responsible for her epilepsy diagnosis, her cognitive delays along with some physical & mental challenges. As a family, we want to bring as much awareness to the Rett Syndrome Research Trust to assist in finding a cure for syndromes associated with the MECP2 mutation, specifically, Rett syndrome. Chloe is a beautiful and vivacious 9-year-old girl who loves to play with her cousins & has always had an eye for fashion! Chloe wishes to be a pediatric doctor when she grows up, and we have no doubt that she will do everything possible to make that dream a reality. Chloe is very strong willed and with early intervention, she has worked so hard to change the trajectory of her future.
Within this past year, there has been extensive genetic research & trials dedicated to finding a treatment & cure for syndromes associated with the MECP2 mutation. This research has been funded by the supporters of the RSRT and we so greatly appreciate your generous donations towards our campaign.
We love Chloe endlessly and know she will do amazing things in this world. Please help us and the Rett Syndrome Research Trust find a cure!
